I love that image of Shepard.
if that is a real sex scene in the game, then tw2 will be rated Adult only?
I remember in tw1 only nasty things are nude cards, the sex scenes is only implied red color scenes.
Or maybe I'm wrong, cause I haven't played yet, just saw screenshots.
The original Witcher also had some nude characters (such as the Dryads) however I think in the US version those characters were altered slightly so they were partially clothed with the hair also providing strategic covering, but the original version did contain nudity to an extent.
And yep, that shot is part of TW2, which I imagine would be rated 18/Mature (but then so was DA:O and DA2 at least where I am, so that shouldn't be a problem for anyone who owns those games
And on a side note, that picture of Shepard's face always cracks me up

Ending life in a painful manner is ok, creating life in a pleasurable fashion is not, food for thought.

I always figured it was because there is actually a somewhat significant proportion of religious people in the US, compared to other places. Also, you have some really stupid news companies. Of the genus Fox.

Entirely true. Sad, really. No one cares about exploding corpses (other than those who call it stupid looking, like me), but if Bioware showed so much as some carpet hair or a nipple...
Fox News Headline
Today the evil, satanic company 'Bioware' has released their latest attack on Christianity, Jesus, and the American way of life. We here at Fox news strongly encourage any -real- American to write angry letters to congress, demanding that everyone behind this tragedy be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law. More on O'reilly at 9.
(Yes, that's a 'bit' exaggerated. Though not as much as one might think.)

So, according to your post, religious people are ok with violence and murder, but can't stand partial nudity?SirLogical wrote...

Of the genus Fox.I think religion has nothing to do with this, because it teaches not to kill, steal etc. in the first place. It's just plain and simple hipocricy.
I never said religous people are ok with violence, murder etc. Please read my post again. But in the rest of the world, America has a reputation, perpertrated by a recent president, of being a somewhat religious community. The major religion in America being Christianity, which generally tells people to dress modestly etc. As such, I was saying that this has a significant impact on censorship in the US, whereas in other countries, this will probably not happen. I would say that violence is ingrained in human history, particularly in East Europe and the Middle East during the Medieval era, and as such it would be seen as hypocritical for us moderate and censor such content.
Disclaimer: I am not saying that religous groups are ok with violence, just that people in general are, religious or not.

Serpieri - "Violence is more acceptable than sex when it come to games in US"
You - "I figured it was because there's a significant propotion of religious people compared to other places"
Logically these two statements sound like effect and cause. Hence - my reaction.

Clearly a bug good sir, there is no violence in Dragon Age 2, just lots of unintentional clipping of weapons and armor...and sometimes faces.
