[Mabari Owns High Dragon]

I just made it to Act II and I noticed all the areas now have new items to find. Should I go through each area and rescrounge it for items or will I revisit these areas in the Act II quests? I hate missing things but I don't feel like looking all over for stuff...

Also, are there new items at night in all the locations as well? I remember finding crates at night that I could have sworn I looted while visiting The Docks during daylight in Act I.

I noticed there were codex's in places that weren't there before. Same with herbs etc..

Most places you will revisit for quests, but I found that I personally didn't dig through the Wounded Coast completely in Act 3 despite doing all quests. So you will have to finish up at some point and time.

I thought I went everywhere and still managed to miss a couple of codex entries. So, I would suggest you visit every area both day and night, in every act. Even the buildings you can get into (like the Blooming Rose and Hanged Man).
