Not sure if this is the place for Bug reporting, but it seemed like the best place, so here you go...

Playing a Lvl 19 default Hawke. Went to the Black Emporium to respec in order to adjust stats to be able to use a new weapon.

While spending Specialization points, I double tapped on "Templar"  and hit Confirm, but when I looked, it had sunk BOTH my specialization points into it, leaving me unable to pick a 2nd Specialization. I bought a 2nd Maker's sigh potion in the hopes that re-setting my points would fix it, but instead it now only gives me 1 specialization point when I drink the potion. Basically meaning my lvl 19 Hawke is stuck with just one Spec point.

the Respec potion has a lot of bugs.  You can get the points back by using the console. 

you can use "runscript addtalent xxxxxxxx" to get the specialty you want.  But you need to enable the developer's console.
