Is anyone else suffering from screen shaking?

Almost all the time I play the screen shakes or tears, particularly noticable in a few places:
- When looking at the map, hovering over any of the places will make the screen shake.
- Some cut scenes jump around crazily, often to the point where half of the screen goes grey before coming back.
- Any large scale action is certain to make it happen, it also seems worse when elemental weapons or arcane shield is on screen.

It's getting very frustrating..  Randomly I'll get one session where it won't shake at all, but the majority of the time it starts as soon as I log in.

Tried all of the various drivers that are around, nothing seems to help.  The only thing I can do that seems to minimise it is run DX9 on Medium and it happens 'less', but still a lot..

(GTX 460 SLI OC, no issues with any others games at all).
