I have purchased the Exiled Prince DLC and cannot start it. I am in Act II, and in Hightown Day I see the marks on the map for the Exiled Price quest. I received the opening cut scene for the Exiled Prince, then approached the ! mark on the Chanter's Board, but it seems like the ! icon is too high up and I am unable to select/target it. I have tried restarting my xbox, clearing the system cache, reloading and older game save, having no other party members, but I am unable to click the ! to view the Chanter's Board like I had been able to before purchasing and downloading the Exiled Prince DLC. How can I start this DLC quest?

I don't get the eye icon when I attempt to select the Chanter's Board since downloading the Exiled Prince DLC. I can only target the lady to the left of the board now. Before the Exiled Prince DLC, when I would select the Chanter's Board I would receive an eye icon to the left of it's name and then could click on it. Now no matter what I do, which side I approach from, which way I move the camera view, I am unable to select the Chanter's Board since the eye icon is not displayed.

I also tried deleting the DLC from my xbox, then loading a game but all my game saves wouldn't load since I was missing DLC. So I redownloaded the Exiled Prince DLC, and tried various saved games, same issue, I can't flag the Exiled Prince premium content on the Chanter's Board since the eye icon is missing even though the Chanter's Board has a ! icon to let me know there is a new posting on it. 
I have all quests completed and done before proceeding into Act III.

I went ahead and continued into Act III since I was unable to flag the Exiled Prince DLC quest. In Act III, when I entered the Chantry, Sebastian was there and I clicked on him, he gave me a new quest (and not Exiled Prince 3 tasks that I read about), and then after the conversation with Sebastian, I got a "Exiled Prince DLC" quest completed message...? Even though I never flagged it and didn't get to fight the 3 battles in the different areas. So now the game thinks I completed Exiled Prince even though I only got to see the opening quest during Act II.

Currently there is an issue with adding Exiled Prince in Act 2 under certain conditions. We're looking in to it.

i have done the quest for sebatian and there are no more quest apart from the main plot ones but when i go to select the characters i cant get rid of sebatian as it has a lock nect to him any idears ??

Go to your house this will wipe your companion slots including your locked character
