Hi guys just a quick question

I'm currenty about 17  hours in the game and still in act 1 (haven't started the deep roads yet) because i'm bussy with all these secondary mission.
My question: can you play secondary mission (or DLC missions like black emperium) during acts 2 or 3?? Or do these side and secondary missions disappear if you go to another act because it is set in another time period.

Once you start the final quest of each chapter there's no going back and you lose the opportunity to do those secondary or companion quests. Also the Black Emporium isn't a quest, it restocks after every Act.
