On a side note I think the problem on the boards at the moment is this:
The fanboys (Mages) want all of the elitists (Templars) to stay quiet and not have their say. The Elitists think this game is not great and that the Mages have no right to defend it and that they should be made tranquil so that they cannot defend the game and can be told what to say and think.
The only was to solve this is to have the Divine (Bioware) step in and say who is right.
Funny how well this metaphore works
So true X)
About your review, I agree on some point. The game is a miracle seeing the dev' time. That's why I still have faith in bioware.
But for all the people who will call me an elitist because I prefer origin... Cut it out already, I just want to play again to another great Role Playing Game from Bioware because they know how to make them. But the huge problem in da2 is the role playing part. It look's alive and free, but when you scratch the surface, you can see all the littles details missing. I'm not talking about the blight story... the story on da2 could have been even more powerfull than that.
Because, play the game three time, you will have no major impact on the game. Sad but true. And about how everybody loved companion... Yep i liked some of them too. But They feel to straight minded for me. I mean no surprises at all coming from them. I have guessed how meryll storyline would end, i knew how isabella storyline would end, i wasn't afar from how anders storyline has ended. Beside, we can't get alot of glimpse about their past, their motivation, why do they follow hawke... IMO they are less worked than origin. do that make me a bad bad elitist who want the impossible ?
