I'm in act 3 and Im in hightown but I cant find it.
Where is Olaf's armoury?

Yeah thats a bug, its there but its invisible. It should still be accessible if you walk up to it.

I can't seem to locate Olaf's Armory either. Is he suppose to be next to the weapons merchant?

The invisible chest is to the right of the merchant, not to the left like it used to be.
