No, consoles have no way of edititng game files ect...sry bro, i realized long ago that if you want a game that you can change things about, you need to get it for the comp..

Cambios every time that a thread that favours Xbox 360 or Ps3 modding you just jump in and say "YOU SUCK!" then run away, I mean a little contribution would be nice.
But to be honest with the OP there are very few and little known ways to really mod for the console versions, the only thing I have ever found is a pretty nice save edit. I'll have to find it again and get back to you.

No idea about DA2, but modding is possible with other xbox 360 games. it will, however, probably involve alot hex editing and connecting your 360 HD to PC with those 3rd party cables.

Modding a single player game is perfectly fine since you are just editing saves stay offline live then xbox live wont track anybody way get track their IP on 360

its not multiplayer why would u get banned? and plus Bioware and EA legitly released a few mods of there own so im not seeing the bann thing unless its multiplayer only side effect i could see is u severlly screw up ur game save ur trying to change
