You need cunning of 40, willpower of 34 and full ranked persuasion.
You can ask an audience with Loghain, then with your super persuasion skills, cunning and willpower you can undercover Loghain's plan to betray the king after some talks. You can then choose the option to remind Loghain about Anora and he will decide to fight alongside the king himself.
The battle will therefore never be lost in the first place, all the darkspawn got driven into the ground and Duncan himself killed off the archdemon, everybody lived happily ever after.
The End.

Nm. I got my willpower and cunning and strength up to 100.
I was able to first, intimidate the maker by shouting that I demand an audience. Then with cunning I told him I was better then him. He replied what makes you think that. Then persuasion let me say, "because I said so."
Then I became a god, turned into a dragon, and decided to eat everything. End.
