Supplier I found every crafting source in the game, maximum quantity of each, and still I got no acheivement
Retribution, Avenged, Cloak and Dagger, Memento, and Loyalty of the prince: I completed every companion quest for sebastian and got his friendship completely filled, and still I got nonr of these acheivements.

Mage hunter, chantry historian,  rival, archeologist, and crowning achievement should be the only 5 I am missing but I intend to get those on my next playthrough.

Crowning achievement in the players guide seems to be crowning glory on the official achievement list, so the one I am missing instead is Retribution. So the achievements from Exiled Prince DLC don't work, and the supplier achievement is broken too.

the dlc achievements are not unlocking for anyone. it is a known issue. I haven't done supplier myself but know it has unlocked for "some" people.

I haven't got supplier yet, although it is possible I missed something. I'm trying another playthrough and being extremely thorough so we'll see.

I did notice that after making an effort to get Sebastian to 100% friendship that I didn't unlock that achievement...however, all my other achievements for that unlocked.

I found every resource, period, I was thorough and did not even miss one. So Supplier should have triggered, dunno why it didn't. I am doing another playthrough though too.

A bunch haven't worked for me. The Pride Demon one didn't unlock, neither did the full friendship or rivalry. Or that Dragon in act III that destroys my health potions. A few others, as well.
