Especially the song at the end (Florence + The Machine). Did anyone else appreciate the music and the nice ambience it created, or did you not really notice? I actually think it added a lot to the gameplay experience.
I love the music.

about 8 and a half hours in and I am LOVING the music and the way it lends to the atmosphere

Yeah for a "Rush job" that guy did surprisingly well. It's more memorable than the first game anyway.

The music was superb in my opinion. Although, I was hoping to hear some of the music from the trailers, like that epic little motif they used every time the Dragon Age 2 title would pop up with Hawke walking towards the screen.
