So, now with the nVidia 267.59 driver workaround, I'm finally able to run the game on Very High with all options enabled. Problem is, it wasn't long before I noticed an issue with the Depth of Field effect. It seems that the game is always focused at a fixed distance, so that when you zoom in on your character your character looks out of focus but the background still looks sharp. The same happens when your character walks up to a wall and the camera HAS to zoom in. I'm posting 2 screenshots to show what I'm talking about, the first is with Hawke selected when I approached a wall:
