Hello All!

Awesome game, but...
I am crashing to desktop every 10-15 minutes of play.  Tried the patches, updated all of my PC drivers, adjusted settings from super low-end to super high-end and everything in-between.
Crashes happen 95% of the time when a cut-scene or dialogue is about to start.  Coincidence?

I have a P4 2.8 with 1GB of RAM, an Nvidia GeForce 7800GS, SB Audigy 2 platinum, windowsXP.

Any ideas out there?!

Nvidia Geforce 9500 GT, Core 2 Duo 2.4 * 2, 1 GB RAM, XP SP3



most crashes are in Denerim or in the loading-new area stage



tried everything - playing with sound acceleration, upadating, setiing changes.



I wrote the question on official support site on friday - no aswer...



Is there any hope for me to PLAY the game and istead of becoming computer technician?

my game would crash ALOT before,, then i lowered the screen size slightly and now it never happens anymore..

same problem, 6400 X2, 8800GT SLI, 4GB ram, XP SP3, hope they fix it soon, because it crashes in the worst time...

wow...those are some old/ancient computers you guys have...i'm surprised it even launched much less run.

gambledaniel: YOU, sir, rock! That driver cut my crashes down to every hour or so which is definately liveable.

If you still only have 1 GB of RAM and only a 2.8 GHz P4, you are still not going to really enjoy this game the way it was written.

then why is that the minimum requirement, ****? it doesn't say "minimum requirements if you can tolerate constant freezing and hard reboots"
