I have several different Armor pieces with rune slots i'm wearing them all. Each one has the Rune of Valiance where it adds bonus to stats. Well i'm only getting the bonus from 1 but not from any of the others. The rune says that it can only be applied to 1 piece of armor. Well i did only do it to 1 piece of armor but each piece of armor has it, so therefore i should be getting multiple stat bonus that i'm not. So either the wording is wrong or it is bugged.

Rune of Valiance is a 1 per character buff. The description is wrong. It is 1 rune per character, not per piece of armor.
The same is true for Devestation rune as well. It is 1 per character, even if you have dual wield and have 1 rune for each weapon you do not get 20% bonus, you only get 10%.
