My mage playthrough has gotten bugged somewhat near the start of Act II, so I'm going to restart as a rogue.  I was hoping for some feedback on this plan-- 

An assassin/duelist Champion, without being tied down to a particular weapon choice if I feel like switching.  The advantage of this build is that it has a solid way to Disorient, and is capable of taking advantage of both Stagger and Brittle.

Likewise, I will build Anders to be able to cause Brittle, and take advantage of Disorient and Stagger.  Aveline will be less tanky than usual in order to also take advantage of cross class combos.  

Merill and Varric are also planned out to be cross class combo team players; however, both of them will require a retraining potion (Maker's Sigh) from the Emporium.  While I'm retraining Merill, I'll be pretty much taking all of her points out of Willpower and putting them in Constitution; eventually I want her to have sustained abilities that add up to an even 100% of her mana pool and just cast out of Health.  Varric is less planned out, because it is so easy to take advantage of cross class combos.  I'm sure he'll end up awesome no matter what.  He's Varric.

For Fenris, I want to try something a little different.  He would be almost all Passive and Sustained.  Sort of an alternate tanking build.  I hope to get a lot of mileage out of Massacre.  This is the setup I am least married to.

Isabela will rely on Backstabs and Unforgiven Chains, but will eventually be a damage dealer out of stealth and enemies suffering from Stun.  Sebastian will be similar to this, focusing on his chain abilities, attacking out of stealth, and being the one guy who delves into the Specialist tree heavily.  He will also need a Maker's Sigh to make that build happen.

Bethany can take spells that look cool, I guess.

Friends are as follow: Anders, Bethany, Merill, and Varric.
Rivals will be: Aveline, Fenris, Isabela, and Sebastian.

I love all the characters and would give them each a high five, but I have a fairly clear vision of what this Hawke's personality is like.  The short of it is that she'll be a mage sympathizer because of her family history, and a little bit of a rabel rouser.

Its gonna be difficult keeping up all the characters. What about a team of four?

Do you mean getting their relationship meters to where I want them to be? All of them were actually fairly close to maxed on the playthrough I abandoned, and that was only a few missions into Act II.
