 Firstly, you could kill Zevran if you didn't like his assassination attempt on you at the beginning of the game. Then you could kill Anders because of his betrayal and blowing up the chantry. Could you kill Lelianna for being a spy and telling her stories? Nope. Could you kill Isabela for running off with the Qunari relic? Nope. Just good old Zevran and Anders get murder knife...there should be an equal punishment for the girls too bioware!

You could kill Lelianna, at Andrastes tears. You could kill allistair who is hetro and you could kill Wynne. You could also doom Isabela to death(If she wasn't so good at escaping) at the Qunari.

Seeing as you can kill off Wynne, Leliana, Anders, Oghren, Zevran, leave Sten to die, leave Fenris to his fate (which will probably get him whacked at some point) etc. Bioware seems to let you bludgeon, stab, or explode people you cart around with you.

You can give Fenris back to his slave master. It's not technically killing him but it's as close as you can get without doing it, since his mind is also erased when he goes back.

To those saying Leliana can be killed she's magically resurrected in DA 2 and when you give Isabela to the Arishok she miraculously escapes later.

You can kill Leliana, and Zevran.
You can kill Anders and Merrill, kill Fenris or send him to his slave master, and have Isabela live with the Quanri

Same it never gave me that slave sidequest and i even talked to him in the beginning of Act 2

If you have him in the party after that conversation and leave the city, the quest will begin.
