Having the option at the beginning to turn of m/m would be awesome, I really think that anders/fenris feelt  blurry, and noes this is not homophobic.

You can already do that in game. Everytime that comes up ( one single time in a talk with Anders I believe) you can simply say no and turn of any further content of that kind.

Generally H/males do find the female genetalia repulsive..it isn't a shocking revelation or an incorrect statement either.

Secondly , of course thats a given.

But do please give a reasonable response on why you think it is justifed including rampant homosexuality in the game.I would have thought the average gay male would object to the game misrepresenting them .

Misrepresenting how? Can you explain? The relationships are dealt with in a mature manner. I mean we're not actually mages or broody elves, but other than that the homosexual characters seemed pretty realistic. :/

I gave Fenris both his gifts, completed his personal quests and did every conversation he has - he did not once hit on me, what's there to turn off ? Anders mentions an ex-boyfriend, you tell him you're not into that and he will never hit on you.

Perhaps he could have phrased it better, but there’s nothing wrong with a straight male gamer having that perspective. I’m not against homosexuality. I’m just not attracted to men, therefore I don’t want to be hit on by men. It’s really that simple. I am attracted to women, therefore I don’t have the same problem with F/F romances.
Gay romances should be included in the game, but they should be unique to a character instead of interchangeable.

I agree. I didn't mean to suggest straight men should have to be hit on by other men or anything, but as you said the way it was worded was childish.

I'm uncomfortable with the prospect of male Hawke unable to be friends with Anders: it seems like he either HAS to be a rival or HAS to pursue romance. STILL WAITING ON POSTAGE of my game so can't say for sure yet, but that seems to cause a lot of whining, and if it has any ground in fact I will be disappointed... especially since he was clearly grounded as hetero in Awakenings, trying endlessly to charm a female Warden but being merely friendly to males. (Though one could argue that Justice/Vengeance has a different perspective on gender which has influenced Janders/Vanders.)

Not much said about Fenris in that regard though, so I'm guessing that his isn't as... 'bad', enforced, whatever word works. Assuming you aren't one of the mages, whom he seems to hate, I get the impression it's fine. Still, Fenris doesn't seem the forward type in the slightest, given how distant and aloof he appears in all the clips and game info I've read. (In desperation from awaiting arrival, I've taken to looking up spoilers and banters. It's a bad, bad habit.)

Mostly because the romance angles on Anders and Fenris apparently wouldn't stop. I think I was presented with the opportunity at least 10 times for each, and even immediately upon meeting Fenris, whereas the angles of a hetero nature weren't "presenting" themselves nearly as aggressively (certainly not for the lack of trying on my part ).

Tell Anders the first time you speak to him, you're not into men and he will only be a friend, just like Alistair in Origins.
With Fenris the player has to actively start flirting regardless of gender, it doesn't matter if you're male or female unless you start the flirting yourself there will be none. And yes, you'll get rivalry points with him every time you make a pro-mage comment.

 Yes, its most surprising from Bioware. Unnatural minority have much more options for romance, unlike core audience of straight people.

Yeah, I shouldn't have put it like that, people got the wrong idea that I was heterophobic or something. I was just referring to the quote about f/f content being okay, but m/m being a "no no"
