For me, the wounded Coast
The Sky, the music, shores, it's so...lovely and beautiful.
I really love the sky too. All grey, except for ray of light over the horizon...

I kinda thought the Deep Roads/Ancient Crypt area was cool.

I very much enjoyed hightowns atmosphere and all the little conversations between the guards and shopkeepers there.

For me it was probably the docks. It felt really alive with the dock workers bustling about, beggars practicing their trade, and captains discussing businness.
I was also noticable how much it changed over the years. Buildings were completed and renovated, and the clutter noticably changed. Of course the biggest change was the statue of the templar (you can tell by the flaming sword) standing on the Arishok's head.

Really enjoyed The Gallows. Always was unnerving to look at those statues of slaves only for later to find out the harmless scary statues are harmful.

The Wounded Coast. It was well-designed I thought, if not somewhat annoying to get around.

Lowtown. From the Bazaar to the Hanged Man, that place really captured the feeling of a place where common folk were just trying to get by. Darktown was a little too destitute (well presented atmosphere though), but Lowtown was always nice to come back to, whether to see what the local merchants had in stock, to clear the streets of troublemakers when night fell, or sit down with a pint and hear some gossip at the end of the day.

The Hanged Man! I love that shaft of light that comes down right at the top of the stairs, and the slave paintings scratched into the walls. I consider the Hanged Man more of my "home base" than my estate. Also really liked the nighttime version of the music there.

Going with the Hanged Man, Hightown, or Sundermount. Wounded Coast wasn't so bad either--the ocean-view was nice--but the trails and what not were a pain to navigate.

^This. My favourite companions made their home base there and instead of going to my big, mostly empty house between missions I typically go there instead.

I liked the music at the Wounded Coast, and I'm fond of the Hanged Man. But at the moment I think I'd say... the Alienage? The tree is very beautiful.

I have to admit, for all its constant reusing, I really enjoyed the layout of the mine/cave. If they built multiple maps as well as they did that one there'd be no way people could complain about level design (which I thought was loads better than DA:O just suffered because it's all the same).

The Hangman has the best soundtrack.
