Hi,

When i started the game i had both Blood dragon armour and Sir Issac armour, I sold the Issa one cause i will be investing in strength to be able to wear blood armour but is that a good choice. Which of these are good my character is a mage but i re-spec it anytime.

Also if i sell my items to merchants can i buy them back, cause i am looking for the merchant i sold my issac armour to and if it is worth it i may re-start my game just to get it back.

Neither! Ser Issac's Armor is for Rogues (it requires Dex and Cun) and the Blood Dragon Armor is for Warriors (it requires Str and Con). They have yet to add a promo Mage Armor set.

EDIT: Sorry, didn't see the other part. Nope, once you sold it, it is gone. Kind of sucks considering it just stays around in DA:O. I mean, I don't mind it disappearing if like say a certain amount of time passes; or better yet, it disappears after you complete the current act. Really annoying when you accidently sell something you didn't want to sell.

Also, never sell promo stuff. You only get 1 copper out of the deal.

cool thanx, problem is i am running out carry space so i end up selling stuff is there no storage chest available that i can use to store items i am not using ?

Also currently i have invested enough points in STR to be able to wear the blood armour and the only good thing is 108 defence, i can re-spec myself anytime, is there a better mage armour option so i can re-spec my self and use the STR points for something else.

How much should i invest in STR for a mage ?

the obvious place to look for such a thing would be your residence.

my mage has 100 fortitude and doesn't get knocked down.

str = fortitude

i don't have a residence yet (unless the uncle's house counts as mine) but there are no chests in his house either so i don't want to loose all the good stuff.

Also i'm thinking of going into force mage to get +100 fortitude, so i will re-invest my str points to other stats. Is 15 STR good enough for a mage ?

Also where do i find a good defensive armour for a mage in ACT 1 ?

There are two chests in your uncle's house; one where you pick up the DLC items, the other is right by the writing table in the main room and is the storage chest you are looking for.  If you missed that, you are going walk right past 90% of the game's content btw. Hold down tab a lot more often :)

You don't really need to put any points into STR on a mage at all.

Where is the ring, if it gives me the same +100 FOR then i don't need to invest in Force Mage.

It looks like i will not have to invest in any specialisation if i can get fortitude by items.

What is good BM does not seem to have anything to offer, same with force and spirit restricts you to healing only.

It is in sundermount, there is a cave that opens up right past the dalish camp, there is a golem vendor in the middle ( you have to fight some fairly hard mobs).

It costs 82 soverigns though!

You can also buy backpacks at one of the stores, in Act 1, Robes by ??? . I think there is only one in each act, they add 10 items each to your carry on. Not sure if it is the same store in other acts.
