At the beginning of the game,in the mission with Flemeth,she mention Morrigan few times.Is there a chance that she return in game? Possibly in next expansion? Somehow I just don't think that this story with Flameth is over yet.
Where is she?

She never appeared in the vanilla game, as far as I am aware. That says little about expansions, as I'm not privy to the inner workings of Bioware's writing unit, but speaking from a personal preference I should hope that they don't shoe horn her into a mere expansion or DLC. I'd much rather she return to face Flemeth in a full length game, rather than an expansion.

Yeah, as much as I'd like to see more of Morrigan and Flemeth, I'm happy to wait a few years for DA III instead of seeing them in dlc or an expansion.
