Credit Card Authorization Decline

This thing, i don't even want to give it a name, denied me a Tali lithograph that i spent 5 hours straight waiting for and helping Thrahk to update the others about the litho releases. Yes i sat from 2pm to 7pm GMT waiting for it to release only to run into a brick wall that broke me.
I typed in my card details and checked carefully several times and this message kept popping up numerous times. I tried using my existing bioware store account and making a new one. This card has also made online purchases, without using paypal, and is only two months old. I even tried to change the billing address and shipping address, but it still produced the same sludge that i couldn't wade through.
A little help please?
Sorry about the manner that this was presented, but i still feel extremely hacked off and cheated after this "event", even if i have cooled down considerably.

antique_nova: i looked into the transactions on our side of things, and unfortunately it must have been an issue with your financial institution. the transactions never even got to us, they were stopped somewhere along the way. my apologies for any trouble that you've experienced, and if we could do something to help, we would. --treehouse customer service

it was my bank. something stupid that they decided to do. sorting it out now.
