(I think this is the right forum for this question...)

What I was wondering was, if your imported Warden was a human mage, is he or she mentioned in DA2 by the Hawkes?

EDIT: And for that matter, does Cullen mention it?

Leandra says something about the Hero of Ferelden being the child of her cousin. Cullen says something about it too.

Yep, Leandra mentions your Warden. It's something akin to "The Hero of Ferelden was an Amell, one of my cousin Revka's children. The Circle took them all." In my head, that means there's more than one Amell mage, making the male and human male mage Warden siblings. The codex entry on the Amell family that you find in the Amell estate during the "Birthright" quest also mentions your Warden.

In Act 2 when you speak to Cullen, he'll also mention your Mage. Paraphrasing: "Hawke! The new scion of the Amell family. There was an Amell in the Ferelden Circle, he left before Uldred attacked and came back to save us all." Something like that, anyway. And if your Hawke is a mage and you blatantly use magic in front of him the first time you meet, you carry around what is obviously a mage's staff AND you're adamant in defending mages in conversational options, Cullen still doesn't seem to add 2 and 2 together. Bless his heart.

The Amell codex entry just mentions how Revka had a mage child which then caused problems for the family. It doesn't say that was the one is the Warden. And if that one was the Warden, doesn't that make the Warden a bit too old?
