 I pre-loaded my save game from Origins. It left off with the Warden married to Alistair as queen of Ferelden. In act three I meet up with Alistair who refrences going back to the castle to see my Origins charcter. However at the very end of the game Lelianna say's that Hawke went missing "Just like the warden..." Which I assume could only be refferring to my Origins character?? I never played awakening and Alistair already said I was back at the castle so there is this huge plot whole and all I could think was "Why the heck didn't she check the last place she left me?" Unless there is something that happens with the Warden inbetween when we last left hawke and when the Chantry seeker interrogates Varric.

There's your answer.

The interrogation of Varric is much time after the events at the end of the game.

I dunno... It seemed more like a plot hole. /sigh BioWare has some 'splainin' to do.

There's no plot hole. Varric clearly explains that everyone has departed from him after the events of the game, and only your romantic interest has remained with him. We can assume this is months to years after the events at the end of the game. Plenty of time for the Warden to leave Denerim and disappear.

I blame Flemmeth. I'm certain that old thing has something to do with it.
