So, in Dragon Age Origins if you let Jowan escape from Redcliffe, he would go on to try to be a good mage, saving a group of refugees and changing his name even. However, the quest is bugged on all platforms, and even when you accept the quest, you will never find Jowan.
However, with a console command it's possible to force the event to trigger and therefore complete the quest. So, anyone that has done so know if the deicision is one that carries over?
Jowan's Intention (bugged DAO quest) carry over if you fixed it via console/mods?

Wait, Jowan is in DA2?
I know there's a quest involving assassins who were after Sketch, but I never could find all of the assassins.

That's what I am asking... IF Jowan was in DA2, it would require you to finish Jowan's Intention, which without console hacking the game, is impossible.
So, I'm asking if anyone who is able to interpret game flags can see if one exists for "Jowan's Intention" or not?
