I just discovered something, I found out that Flemeth is Andraste and that Leliana will get impaled by her dragon tail and then she will destroy the Chantry with a laser beam, and I also saw Captain Shepard in the ending funeral and it was quite welcome.

In act 4.5 you get Teagann in the party. That frenchman hand wave send enemies flying.

My favorite would have to be in act 4 where you walk in on carver and charade, then their reaction when they find out their related!

As much as this thread is amazing... serious answer: no, there is no secret companion, although depending on gameplay it's possible to miss both Fenris and Isabela.

What about when Isolde and Anora used blood magic to fuse together to become a Super [insert another word for a female dog here] and tried to kill poor ol' Merrill for being oh so cute and adorable?!
