I launch my game, it begins to start up and get to the actual menu, but then the screen goes blank. If I go to Task Manager, I see there's an active (hidden) window stating that the game can't find the disk that's in my drive. I hit Retry and go back to the game screen and all is good again.
Is this a known bug?
Anyone else get a launch error that says can't find DVD and/or blank screen?

I believe this is a know bug - are you using a digital download version?
You could try installing the 1.01 beta patch found here: social.bioware.com/forum/1/topic/300/index/6600857
I know it fixes the problem with the game giving an error related to non-existant drives (such as a floppy drive that isnt there), but not sure if it also fixes the 'no disc' one, however you can always give it a try.
