Does anyone know how to skip the intro fight scene before character creation? I like to get my appearance exaclty how I want it and that intro fight is getting really tedious....

you are invincible in that scene. Just got cook something or get a drink. When you come back Bethany and your character would have auto-attacked everyone to death.

If you have The Black Emporium you can go there and use the mirror to change your appearance.
