Anyone else have this problem?

After obtaining Sebastian as a party member for the "Repentance" quest, I go to leave the Chantry, and I can't.  The area trigger to "Gather your Party and Leave" does not show up.  I'm trapped in the Chantry and can't get out.  Also means I can't proceed with the Exiled Prince DLC as I can't get Sebastian out of the area. 

If anyone else has had this problem, is there a workaround?
