Any way im trying use some mods i download for characters changing how they look but i downloaded files but where do i put them all sorry new to modding.

Depending on the mod. Most of them you can extract the files into the following folder

\\Dragon Age\\packages\\core\\override



If they are .dazip files that is a different story and they have a different way of working.
