is there a mod that slightly alters things like coin drops or item values that will increase the amount of gold you can earn throughout the game?

i dont want gold just shoved in my face where i can buy everything (or have to cheat to get it), but it seems that right now there isnt enough gold to buy things that are worthwhile.

is it even possible to mod stuff like this without the toolset?
