I'm on my second playthrough and I'm having the same glitches. 

1) Random cutscenes play through twice.

2) The pop-ups that tell you which attack you've chosen or even health/experience points stay on the screen for several minutes even during cutschenes.

3) Too often the right click doesn't work for the pc.  I have to select a companion and then select the pc again to get the right click to work. 

I'm sure there's more, but that's it for now.

Yeah here's one.
I killed the high Dragon and no cursor icon appears anywhere on him, no matter which character I use.
That dragon just happens to have the champion armor on it, because my son got his there.
I thought it might be my mouse, so I bought a new one.
Nope, same BS.
This game is buggier than an ant hill and EA, you owe me a mouse.
