I'm having a Nightmare of a time playing on Nightmare but not because it is difficult. My party member's tactic will clear lines, rearrange the order, or forget items to be used (Particularly Health Potions) It is a huge annoyance to keep checking every 10 minutes to see if they are correct and working properly. I've had several occasions where my party was wiped because their tactics bugged out...

Example:

Self-> Health < 25% -> Use: Health Potion.

The area marked in red is what usually goes missing. I've had it occur with Stamina Draughts, Mana Potions, Health Potions, Elfroot Potions, etc.

As far as troubleshooting goes; I've deleted my install and DLC, reinstalled, and even tested on all difficulties to see if it was just Nightmare related. Short answer, it's not. Anyone else having ridiculous Tactics issues?

I often have the same issue and I have seen reports of others even on different systems having problems with tactics. Far too frequently, my "teammates" will stand around and do nothing instead of healing or drinking a stamina/mana potion while I either win the battle by myself, reload because we all died, or manually do everything the tactics were supposed to do.

I have not tried Nightmare, only Hard, but your allies forgetting your tactics or outright ignoring them has resulted in far too many wipes for me.

I've noticed on several occasions that Use Item tactics will mysteriously go blank. It's extremely annoying.
Haven't spotted any rearranging of tactics though. I do know that the "Use for next tactic" (or whatever it is) is broken though.
