I keep hearing all of you talk about this companion. I did every quest in the game, and I have never seen her.. Where is she? Is there a specific build you need to get her? What class is she?

Well then you obviously didn't complete every quest. Quests do unlock over time after finishing other quests, so you have to make sure to revisit areas.

Btw, to get her, you have to get Anders first, then she's in at Hanged Man. Nit you missed her in Act 1, you missed your chance

Plus, you need to enter the Hanged Man at NIGHT iirc (after getting Anders)
