Ok so there are plenty of items and abilities that give either Health or Mana/Stamina regeneration rate numbers like +5, +10 or +200.

But what do these numbers actually mean?

If we knew what the base regen rate is or if were displayed in a percentage then the numbers would be self explanatory, but i just dont understand currently how these rate numbers relate to regen.
Nothing in the manual or game guide to help us understand it either.

Please explain
