Does +X% Healing and +X% Spirit Damage affect Blood Magic spells like Sacrifice and One foot In?

Well test it and find out, the spirit damage should be easy enough Sacrifice is suppose to take only 20% of there hit points. Test it on a party member at full health and if he loses more then 20% then we know it works.
For the % healing do something similar and see if it restores more then it should have.
