I used my 16 digit code to unlock fedeshear sword and lion of orlais shiels.
but ive never gotten the new code... no it says my 16-digit have allready been used...
so what... ive lost my content?
had the game for 3 days now, and i can't play because i dont have my extra content.... such a bloody waste!

anywhy: any help on how to get my "lost" content back?

That sucks but that content is kind of worthless anyway. I wouldn't wait to play the game because of missing those two items.
