So after going through the numerous postings it's pretty clear that everyone is having a ton of issues with the game. I figure lets keep opinions and such out of this and just post in the specific issues you are seeing. Hopefully if you see an issue repeated (by reading through the previous posts) you won't need to post it again ad nauseum. So I will start it out; (being constructive may help them zero in on issues and fix them quickly)

1. All the exiled prince DLC achievements are not registering for anyone.
2. Murder of the Crows quest does not finalize and remains uncompleted.
3. Serious issues with combat phasing in and out for point targeting and attacking.
4. Backstab dissapear glitch.
5. Level glitch.

1. My Rogue attacks incredibly slowly. I have Isabella's friendship all the way up.
2. When Isabella is not in my party her friendship incentive still shows up on my characters abilities.
3. My Rogue dose not get injuries. This started occurring way before his attacks started slowing down.
4. Recently conversations have been choppy. For example a character will be sitting then the next second he will be standing to move into a sitting animation.

[Rune-Chan]

1: Merrill skips to a conversation that shouldn't take place until later in Act 3. The current quest is 'A Talking To' but she speaks lines from the quest "Mourning". This bug reveals spoilers.
2: "The Lost Swords" in Act 3 is bugged as one sword is in a location that takes place in another side-quest, if you do no retrieve it then, you cannot go back there to get it, and the quest doesn't end either.
