Hello, I recently tranferred all my licenses and DLC from my old, dead 360 to my new Slim 360. However, when starting up Mass Effect 2 and trying to access the Cerberus network it tells me that it's already in use when I enter my code.
Now, I recently set up a different gamertag and suspect this is why it won't let me use the code. So, I was wondering if there's a way to transfer my Cerberus Network code to the new profile without purchasing another. Plus, considering I have almost all the DLC aside from Firewalker and Overlord....Should I even bother with getting Cerberus Network onto this profile? Because, I'd rather not pay that much for it if I don't really need it. Thanks in advance!
Cerberus Network already in use?

Code is one time use only, so it can't be used again which is why you got that message.
You should have access even if you are using another Gamertag as you say you transferred your licenses; though I believe it complicates things a little myself. Have you actually tried playing the game to see if the dlc is there yet? You don't mention it in your post.
Praetor probably knows more than I do about this sort of stuff, so maybe they'll pop in later.

Sorry about that. Yes, I was playing the game last night and everything seems to show up and play with no problems. Just unable to sign into the Cerberus Network itself.

Heard that there's been an issue 'of late', but then there won't be much activity on there. At least not until the new dlc gets released anyway.

Also, just random, but, where exactly do I find the Firewalker DLC to download? It's not showing up on LIVE or through Mass Effect 2's DLC menu.

DLCs are connected to the original gamertag and console they were purchased/acquired on. The issue you seem to have is starting a brand new gamertag, and trying to access content still connected to your original one. It is a security feature.
So the console license transfer feature allows users to migrate their licensing to newer consoles. This feature exists mostly from so many consoles failing, requiring users to buy new systems and thus resolve DLC access issues that were popping up as a result.
For the Firewalker DLC to show up you may have to use your original Gamertag for it to show up in the in-game menu to re-download. It will not appear when you are using the new tag. And you won't be able to see it on XBL because it is a part of the Cerberus Network itself.
Also, are you wanting to transfer you ME2 DLC to your new gamer tag?
If you are, you are most likely going to need to contact EA to do so. If you are using the same email for both Gamertags and have setup an EA Account before, the process should be easier.
So, the EA Live Chat would then be your best bet, but you will also need to provide info to prove that it belongs to you so that you can do the transfer. I can provide more details if you are interested in looking into that.
A last option you have is to change the name of your original Gamertag, but you would need to spend lousy MS points to do so, instead of going with a different Gamertag.
