Is it just me or is it out of sight in the fade? It was my understanding that it was always in view no matter where you were in the Fade.

Also, could that be the place beyond the Elvuthean (The Mirror at Witch Hunt, bah.)?

the eluvian is a gateway to the fade not the golden city however the city now the black city is supposed to be in the fade however only the chantry ever speaks of this city so there is no proof it exists
