Does anyone know where I can find the signature edition now?

Gamestop lost my PC copy, which I preordered back in December. When the guy screwed up and sold me the 360 version, he refunded my money including the preorder.  The onlything tying me to Gamestop now is the good will of one manager who is trying to find a copy.

Setting aside the fact that I now refuse to shop at Gamestop, I'm trying to find a copy of the Signature Edition. 

Anyone know where, or even if, the Signature Edition PC can be found? I'm not seeing it anywhere.
