I really hope there will be better games than DA2 this year; so hopefully no (not that I hate DA2, its fine ~ but I rather have something better to come out this year)
As for the RPG GOTY, as for the GOTY I already believe there to be better games from 2011.

There is too many major titles coming out to talk about this yet....I am going to go with a big no though...Even though I am having fun with DA 2 at the moment I doubt it will stand up to The Witcher 2 or Skyrim or LA Noire Battlefield 3 Batman...etc...

Lolno! U mad? The Witcher 2 gets the title this year. DA 2 has no chance whatsoever. None. And it's sad really. I used to like Bioware, but this game was a big letdown.

There's no way a mediocre RPG like DA2 can make even a runner up to GOTY.

Based on reviews and quality of the games the real list is:
Elder Scrolls: Skyrim
Uncharted 3
Mass Effect 3
Neverwinter
L.A. Noire
Anything outside of that has no chance because of current quality, current pre-reviews, and the fact that they might be good games but no way near the GOTY...

DA2 doesn't stand a chance of achieving game of the year for two reasons.
It's an incomplete game, and the overhauled elements in the game were it's downfall.
With that being said I think EA and Bioware knew about the competition coming later this year so they rushed the title for a quick buck. Bioware could have made the game great, they did with Origins. It was named game of the year in 2009 by many different media websites. Not to mention the success of previous developed games.
