I just unlock more stuff for the game by playing the dragon age lengends on facebook, its show me in the map where the unlockable item chest is located in the house but wont let me open it, as if it was not there, i just seem to keep presing the enchantment apparatus even thou it in the other side of the Wall!!?!?! lol it just teasing me saying  u can see it but u cant get it.... and im kinda tired of hearing  sandal saying "ITS VERY SHINEY" or " DO YOU LIKE SHINEY" LIKE 2O TIMES...blah i wonder if anyone else got this issues or it just me.

I had the issue once. I went to the Black Eporium and then back home and I was able to open the chest then.

I am having that same issue and have had it since act 1 (I am in act 3 now). I cant get any of the items and it is very frustrating because every time I go home I see that arrow telling me there is something there.
