Sorry about that; the trailer warden generally doesn't wear helmet save for some brief sequence and with the game removing them in cutscenes i don't really equip them on most characters, so it didn't seem like something important. I may look at it at some later point and maybe add it then.

You can, ish, though you'll need to extract the texture files (the .dds ones) out of the .erf that whatever retexture mod you're using provides and put them in the override folder.
The one I tried had the effect of making the armour ridiculously shiny compared to normal, but didn't recolour the tabard-thing. So, ish.
