Ok now I know this would have been posted before but for the life of me I can't seem to find the topic. Just wondering if someone could post either a step by step guide of how to do it or to just point me towards the right thread.

Not to worry, found it and it works like a charm, just replaces the model on my Champ armour.

The easy way to do it is by changing your skin,
I'll tell you how to get different skins
1) open your save (the larger .das file) with the GFF editor V4.0
\\Documents\\BioWare\\Dragon Age 2\\Characters\\
(OMG lots of lines of junk I dont understand) Dont worry its actully really easy
2) Open the folder SAVEGAME_PLAYERCHAR
3) Open the folder SAVEGAME_PLAYERCHAR_CHAR
3) Scroll down to number 16320 and open the folder named SAVEGAME_APPEARANCE
4) Select the next line below named SAVEGAME_APPEARANCE_TYPE and change the number 16 to 1050
5) Click SAVE on the edit box
6) Then Save As YourSaveGameName.das (the defualt leaves off the .das so make sure you overright your original save properly )
Note: I recommend having a backup of any save you modify,.
With Isabela you can wear armor, your new body covers up armor.
Sadly using this method with Bethany has issues, armor covers up the body so you have to wear no armor for it to show properly and whenever you enter your mansion your body code resets to normal underwear =/, i bet the reset happens with the Isabela body to.
Isabela body code1050
Bethany body code is 1020
Busty Bethany body code is 1023 <---- /cough
What really needs to be done to fix this is to set a body to an armor so it can't be overwritten but thats over my head, I have tried.
