Beeto brought up a good point in another thread. If someone has tested this, please, give some feedback here.
BUT...if people are making mods and packing the chargenmorph in with the erf file, it's possible it might make the mod incompatible with other mods, unless the person using the mod figures out how to unpack the erf, modify the chargen, and repack everything. Now, to some, this may not seem like that big of a deal, but to your common player, it can seem like an insurmountable task. A lot of players don't care to learn how to do such things, and will just bypass a mod if it isn't as player/non-modder friendly as possible.
My thoughts: If you want to keep your mod more easily accessible to players, leave the chargen a separate entity from the erf file. It is much easier to teach someone to modify a chargen for their needs rather than having to teach them the packing and unpacking of an erf.
As well, it will probably help your download numbers and endrosements if you keep it as accessible and cross mod friendly as possible.
Anyway, just my two cents, and if someone has found that multiple chargens in the erf files aren't an issue and cause no incompatibilities, then make it known here and we can consider this a dead issue.
Mods and Packaging the Chargen in your erf files...
