2nd - On the left side menu hover over Profile > Register Games, then register your game with the correct cosole.
3rd - Log in DA2 game, make a new game, then make a save.
4th- go o Profile > games > click on "activate online profiles"
If when you click on it, and you can't see "Dragon Age II - PC/MAC link keep clicking on "activate online profiles" multiple times , maybe 20 times if you wish, then stop clicking, wait an hour reload or log in bioware and check if you can see your link, keep trying until you get your link.
Note: there's a problem with the characters uploading properly, sometimes it uploads a character you already deleted, or maybe it uploads one character even though you have like 3, if you know how to solve this, please let me know :] i'll try to find a solution to that problem and post it here asap.
Edit: Okay, i just solved it, just play the game through EA download manager, then save and wait a couple of minutes and you're set
