I have a two part question.
1) Do Blood Magic items stack?
2) Where can I find Blood Magic accessories? I respeced Merrill to be a pure Mag/Con mage, but I can't seem to find any Blood Magic accessories for Act 2.

2)The Apparel shop and the Trinketmonger shop in Lowtown(day) replenish every time you load the zone. Both have Blood Mage Gear that randomly spawns. Use the door at Ferelden Imports to get reloads faster. As you level the gear requirements go up so do your purchasing early. The Trinketmonger will have both Staves and trinkets that may have bonuses. The best being a Channeled Fire staff with +5 fire damage, not a % just +5. The Apparel shop has basic Neophyte gear with just the Blood Mage stat as well as Mage Adept gear that will generally come with an additional stat at random, but only at higher levels in Act 1 which bring higher requirements. You can keep these low if you shop early and consistently as you level up. They have items in all 3 acts.
