 What is the best combo, companions and strategy to do the Hunt missions on Hardcore (I need the Ach) I'm an infiltrator and finding it really hard?

I didn't care so much about my squad when I did it. The most important thing is to do a few test runs to figure out where enemies will spawn. They always spawn in the same places so once you learn where that is, it's much easier to get there quickly.

Second trick is to pause constantly. Pause to turn and aim. Pause to find the best path. If you do all that it shouldn't really be all that difficult.

Just a suggestion, but since you're an Infiltrator you've got tech covered, so I would suggest taking Wrex and Ashley with you. Wrex is a veritable tank and with an AR he's pretty damned deadly, he also provides biotic support. Ashley also works well in these roles minus the biotics ofcourse. Its all combat though so why not abuse that a little?

As I said, just a suggestion.

I managed to do it in the end, used Ashley and Liara, very hard though, won't even go there on my insanity playthrough

I liked it, but it doesn't help me reach Lvl 60 on one playthrough. Strangely enough, no carry over to ME2. I'd like to see Shep's "holiday home" in ME2 and at least hear some reference to that arrogant Turian.

There's a short reference to Pinnacle Station on the Galaxy News nets sometimes, but that's it.
