ok im trying to register my game, im enteing the UPC code as i see it and its saying its incorrect when its not. Can anyone help me with this? and also was wondering, when they say
"The registration code is typically found printed on your game manual for retail copies" where can this be found?

That sounds like advice for PC owners rather than console owners.
You could get in touch with one of the mods on the 360 tech boards and see if they can help.
EDIT: there's also the Googling for the UPC method I've seen a few suggest, but while checking that myself it doesn't seem to work as well as they seem to imply.
